Note: If no record of the password exists, you may reset the password for this user from another Lightspeed admin account by navigating in Lightspeed to Tools > Setup > Basics > Users. To start selling with Retail POS, follow the getting started guide. To unlock a user you will need to Log into Lightspeed Onsite as an Administrator and unlock the User under Tools > Setup > Basics > Users. If its been more than 90 days since the last password update the Lightspeed User may be locked. Important: DO NOT PRESS THE UPDATE CHANNELS BUTTON! Note: If receiving a User Locked error message see Unlocking Users below. Recommended:Logout and then login one more time to confirm the Password works.
